“Ellsworth did an excellent job repairing our rear bumper on our 2024 Red Mini JCW convertible. Came highly recommended by Jeremy at The Dent Shop. Someone had run a grocery cart into the back bumper leaving a series of deep scratches on top of the bumper. Unfortunately, you cannot drive a nice vehicle to a shopping center without fear of someone vandalizing your vehicle. Regardless, nice to have a BMW specialist do the repair properly.”

They took time with me, scanned the paint carefully, explained the different types of paint, as well as the options for delivering the paint to the surface. “Andy contacted me about doing drywall in his basement. As we went through all the details of the job I couldn’t help but notice his attention to detail at every turn. When we were finally done with my initial walk-through, I gave him a price that was a little higher than average because I knew the kind of job that he would want. A couple days after I started the job he invited me down to his shop Getz. I have never seen such a meticulously organized clean and well thought out shop in my life, this guy could build rockets for Nassau. I text my younger brother who is a perfectionist while I was in Andy‘s office this message... I found the best autobody guy this side of the Mississippi. The reason I told my brother was he and I don’t let anyone work on our stuff without vetting them completely. “I don't know what the girl in the previous review was complaining about with being ripped off. Maybe a indifferent circumstance. For me the experience was good. I've been around cars my whole life, 39 years. Use to work in shops for over a decade before career change. I was able to pull off 2 door panels, 2 window motors, 1 window regular, 1 door lock actuator, and a glove box for $250. 2 of those parts new cost that easy. Any junk yard would charge close to what I paid here as well. I asked about battery pricing. The used battiers here are $25 each. I've seen junk yards ar $35 -50 each battery.
The owner is helpful and keeps to his word. I said I would come back on certian days for more parts. He kept the car available for me. And he went out of his way to let me plug into his extension cord by moving the vehicle. He shows to be a very patient person.”

“The good news: The appointment was made and kept, and they gave us a ride home and picked us up (10 minutes each way). The repairs needed and the cost of each service was given and I elected to figure out something rather than avail myself of their financing (My only income is SS) The car was clean and drove nicely. The fair news: I saw no charge for the multi-point inspection as the previous dealership owner provided. Other than the services I was charged for, I don't know what was inspected. As bad as the pollen has been I would have thought a cabin filter would have been an easy sale. The unsettling news: Each service (4) called for a $60 'flush kit.' I've been a marine engine tech for 60+ years and draining and refilling like systems usually calls for the same drain pan.(The A/C is done differently) There was no indication of a trans filter being replaced, and I hate the thought of being charged $187.92 for new fluid to run it through an old filter. $50.41 for a gallon of antifreeze (non-toxic? green? Yellow? No idea) is a tad on the high side. The next-to- final unsettling charge was being told there was a 9% shop supplies fee added, but I can't see a separate charge as described; where is it hidden? The final charge, quote: CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER $39.18 The final news: I know prices and supply costs have risen, and that a good tech is hard to find and should get paid commensurately, but my income is not great enough to warrant repeat business there. If I see parity (collusion?) among the Toyota dealers with service pricing, I'll just have to start taking the shuttle bus.”
“The tech that help me gave me great advise. He understood I couldn't wait until my tire came in. Put my spare on. Checked the spare out. Referred me to a tire place that may have my tire size. They did. After all that help. I was not charged for the techs changing out the bad tire to my spare. Thank you to the tech that helped me and walmart for hiring such an awesome employee.”
