I attempted to get information concerning a vehicle for sale. Instead, I got a rude, unprofessional response. Looks like Jaime was either having a tough day or doesn't know how to deal with potential customers. Not a great way to try and sell a vehicle.

I understand a cheap car is a cheap car but when you know people are driving almost an hour to come look at it be honest about all the problems it has.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! Looked at a 2001 Toyota Celica that was in fair external condition but had NO OIL in it. They added 2 Quarts and it didn't even touch dipstick. Added nearly 4 quarts just so I could test drive. White smoke blew out of the exhaust which means bad head gasket. These guys are SHADY automotive. They acted clueless and when I explained what was wrong with car, they kept trying to sell on its in nice shape. Car needs engine. It's been driven with no oil and they're a mechanics shop. When I asked for their business card, they said they didn't have any. I wouldn't let these schmucks work on a battery operated golf cart and I certainly wouldn't buy ANY Vehicles from them.

Jaimie was friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. It's wonderful to meet someone who has a passion for what they do.

I won't take my car there again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to give them a try. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for an estimate on an a/c repair and, sure enough, no estimate by the end of the day. So I reschedule for Thursday, and I mentioned to the owner's son that I thought the compressor clutch might be the problem. They call me around 5 pm and give me an estimate of nearly $1,000 to repair the compressor clutch. I go to pick up the car, and of course, they charge me $162 for the estimate. That they charged me for an estimate is not my gripe, most places would charge for it, but the fact that they charged me for 2 1/2 hours of labor to diagnose the problem is my issue. The owner said the first thing he would check was for voltage at the compressor clutch. That entails removing the splash panel, taking a voltmeter, and measuring voltage with the a/c on. Folks, that doesn't take 2 1/2 hours. He said he had to get a schematic and decipher the schematic. So basically, I paid this guy to take 2 1/2 hours to figure how to test the car. Any competent, certified mechanic would have it done within 30 minutes. His excuse? "Well, I'm slow." No kidding folks, he actually said that to me. So I paid more than what a competent mechanic would have charged because he's slow? No matter how you slice this experience, it's just bad...if he really didn't take 2 1/2 hours, but just padded his time, then he's dishonest, but if he really did take that much time and attributes it to "being slow", then he's just not competent and he's charging you for it, either one is bad for the consumer. Oh, and his estimate? Nearly $1000 to replace the compressor clutch. I decided to call the dealer and see how much they would charge for the same job. Their estimate? $550! Nearly half the cost from the dealer, no less!
