I went in about 11 o’clock not realizing that they closed at noon. There was a long line. There were three agents there. They got through the line quickly and even stayed till after 12 to help everybody. I was really struggling with finding flights that would work for me and they took a lot of time to help me find exactly what I needed.

Don't waste your time going here! No one there will help you with your needs! I went in to get a AAA card as was told needed a appointment and the normal lady that handled that was on maternity leave. I then asked for another location and she just said she wasn't sure. So I just left.

I travel with AAA frequently and usually do business in Akron where I have long been impressed with their outstanding customer service. This past week, however, I decided to stop in the Canton AAA branch to purchase some foreign currency for some upcoming travel plans. The front desk person, Kimberly, was very helpful and efficient and called me when the currency arrived just a couple days later. Many travel items and luggage is displayed in the front lobby area. Although all of these items are highly overpriced (even for members), someone in a hurry could get most any travel item here. Maps are also available in the store. I needed a map of a city and Kimberly also provided a little booklet about some of the sites there, which will be helpful since all travel books have been discarded and are solely in digital format. This is very unfortunate, as digital service providers are often not available when you are traveling in certain parts of the country and the former paper books told interesting stories about areas where people would not think of stopping, but were well worth a look! The Canton AAA is also well worth a look and I would encourage people to stop by and learn more.

Sheryl Butler has done a wonderful job in working with our group of 10 to make arrangements for travel to Greece and to make initial reservations for a future cruise along the Dalmatian Coast. Thank goodness I have Sheryl, her memory is much better than mine, and she has quite a bit more to keep up with.

Worst service ever. Had a car that needed towed. 15 minutes out means 15 hours out. Told be there in 15 to to tow it means hours out. Car was impounded. Worst service ever.

I called the AAA in North Canton, OH two days in a row. (Approximately 6 times) They never answered the phone.

We had occasion to visit the AAA Canton office today for some foreign currency and an International Driving Permit. They were extremely efficient and very helpful. We did not have any wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. We highly recommend AAA of Canton for your travel needs.

I highly recommend this AAA for your travel needs. We needed to book travel for two couples from 2 different states for an overseas vacation. Unfortunately, the agent I started working with qiut suddenly. Sheryl picked up where he left me hanging and spent 3 hours sorting things out with me. It was not your normal round trip ticket kind of situation but she made it work. She went above and beyond for us and we so appreciated her. Great job!
