Had two packages delivered at the same time to my mailbox, at least that is what the tracking stated. I only had one package, not two. I waited a day to call and the lady on the phone said she would talk to the carrier and call me back. Never got a call. Next day I call back and the same lady said yea it says delivered so I don’t know what to tell you, maybe it fell out. I told her that two packages say delivered at the same time and one package was there but not both and my mailbox was shut so nothing would of fell out. She said yea I don’t know man. She didn’t seem to have a care in the world about a missing Christmas gift and it was almost as though I was bothering her asking for help. Very bad customer service and extremely disappointed in this post office!
