“I’ve been using this post office for 3 years and haven’t had a single issue. I send certified mail every couple months and they were kind enough to give me a small stack of slips to use so I can fill them out at home. I sell a few items online and they get shipped out quickly. Service is relatively fast compared to most other post offices I’ve used. Great little post office.”
“4 years ago i had issues with this post office but i am pleased to say things have tremendously improved.I had several packages being held and the tracking was all screwed up. After stopping in the post office, Dion had not only brought everything out for me, including several slips, but took the time to try n figure out what happened aswell and ensure that this was resolved.The friendly and professional service provided this morning has truly impressed me, and i am even more confident that even if i have a us mail issue, the office will get me taken care of.If i had to offer criticism, guys, please answer your phone during your posted open hours.Thank you guys very much again in resolving my issues and being very friendly, professional, and fast!Richard Lehner”
“Had used a used box for sending my test strips. The box was one that a phone had come in so there were battery logos on it. Postal worker identified this and taped up the box to hide these markings. Very thorough job on their part. Thank you for your help.”

“I appreciate this particular post office has figured out if they simply shove a large mail bin behind the door next to the counter they can make life so much easier on themselves and customers just looking to drop off prepaid packages. The Burlington location down the street can't figure this simple concept out. They always give you the stink eye when you try to "cut" line by laying prepaid stuff off to the side of the cashiers. Hebron employees are friendly and I'll happily drive extra 2 miles each way for better service.”

“Every single employee at the desk is fantastic. I never have any issues and they are always so kind! I drop off up to 50 packages at a time and they never give me any rudeness about it! “There was a lady postal officer at closing around 2 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024, who is such a lovely human being. There were a lot of angry people that day, but she did a wonderful job with de-escalating them and making them feel heard. One lady was griping about another postal officer, while another man pounded on the door demanding to be let in after 2:00 p.m., and who threatened another customer who asked him to be quiet for her daughter's sake. With each of these instances, she just did such a nice job calming everyone and treating each with respect. She deserves a raise. The post office closed at about 2:00 p.m., but she was there close to 2:30 helping everyone who was in the post office prior to closing to get their stuff done. People like this are rare in today's world. You're lucky to have her as an employee.”
