“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”
“They did amazing job at the body work above and beyond A+but when I got in my car they were cobwebs in the corners of the windshield and I found a piece of trim from the old part in the passage side floor Mat I didn’t see it till I got home and there was dust all over inside the door panel”

“I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”

“I had a valve cover gasket that was leaking on my 2005 Camry. They got it right in and fixed it for less than 1/3 the price that the local Toyota dealer wanted. I was nursing a head cold at a nearby hotel and they even picked up and delivered my car for me. Great people, highly recommend!”
“Weather stripping was coming off of our RV windshield and we called caliber collision and spoke with Dakota. Dakota helped take care of the issue and got us back on the road quickly. Other repair shops in the area did not help us, but Dakota took the time to help and being out of town, we really appreciated it. Thank you.”
“My car broke down on Sunday, triple a came with two different men within 20 mins to assist. They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. Upon picking up my car my stereo wasn’t working which is was prior but it was no issue though they fixed it right on the spot. I am very appreciative of everyone that helped me. I am not from this area just recently moved and I was shown great service and will be back.”

“Bought a used, 2005, sportster with low miles. It was not ridden much and still had original tires on it. Took it to the Bike Shop and they installed 2 new tires and repaired a sticky rear brake back to original. Their prices on the same Dunlop tires as Harley dealership in KY quoted me were over 200.00 cheaper and they had them in stock. While the repairs were perfect, the biggest deal was I found a true local business with three great guys who are not intimidating nor arrogant but humble fair and honest. The owner is a man of faith and it shows. If you have a motorcycle that needs work I highly recommend The Bike Shop. I say this as a 35 year Rider of HD motorcycles. I will go no where else.Services: Tires”
“I wanted to give a shout out to Tammy and Ralph for being so incredibly kind and helpful! I came to this store after being treated very rudely at another store. Thanks to Tammy for answering my questions on the phone and ensuring me that there would be someone available to help me install my new battery. Thank you so much to Ralph for being so sweet and helpful when installing my new battery. He even cleaned off all the corrosion without complaint (previous store said they wouldn’t even touch it). I've been burned by online companies who seem to think that they need to make an extra $5-$10 on shipping charges. After I placed my online order- Keen sent me an email with the actual shipping cost! “I had a very busy morning planned and was highly stressed without a working turn signal/brake light. I had the bulb but couldn't remove the screws. Employee named Gary was very willing to help. He walked out from behind the counter when I asked him if he could help me find the correct tool to remove screws so I could change my bulb. He walked out with me, he took a look at it and said, let me get my tools. He popped that lil suckers out in 5 seconds and popped the bulb right in. He kindly asked me get in car so he could chk if the light was working. He finished up, got his tools and I was so impressed. So kind, cute, helpful, polite and a true genuine man!!
