I don't do reviews too often but these guys deserve it. They have the best price around that I could find, super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful when information is needed. Family owned as well, you won't be disappointed. They deserve 10 stars!

Excellent Company to be associated with! Very polite and very honest--all of them! They go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased. Have never found a company that I can trust like these people! Would highly recommend them if you do not want to worry about when or if you are going to receive propane again. Their prices are also very comparable if not better than others! Thanks for your great service.

I am not a customer of them....yet, but i hope too. My propane company did not show up, within 4 hours of calling, (i am 35 min away from them) they had propane in one of my tanks. Wonderful communication. I called my propane company 87 times today and not one return call, plus they have $2010.00 of my money for a 1000 gal prebuy with a $150.00 dollars for 3 day delivery guarantee which never happened.

I have used many propane providers over 30 years in the northwest Ohio area. By far...Propane, Inc has provided the best service and best price between them all. Tim, the owner, has responded personally, whenever I have had any after hours issues every single time. Premium customer service and pleasant folks. Highly recommended!
