at 12 PM our starter decided to go out at this time we talked to a mechanic named Tim. He told us how much of a pain that this job would be. He decided to put us on another worker that came in later we didn't see another worker until 4 PM Kevin was first sent to pick up the part an hour 1/2 drive to get it then started The job was frustrated running back-and-forth to the shop for tools because he wasn't prepared note we are at the end of the pumps in our tractor So at 9 PM He decides he wants to just give up on the job and tell us sorry there's nothing else I can do you're gonna have to sit here and wait for Tim in the morning we drive for UPS we can't just sit here with no power to our tractor no heat and the temperature is being about 40° very disappointing on the situation at hand and how they are handling it. They should never start a job and just walk away from it never would have expected this to come from a Loves location. Just hands over the starter to us pretty much tells us we're on our own till the morning. Hopefully we don't freeze to death tonight burr.

Stopped here on a busy Sunday afternoon, coming off of the July 4th holiday week. We got gas and went inside for food and drinks. But note an employee mentioned that it's always very busy. Bathrooms - overall. Clean and private, there were about 5 stalls. The sinks were messy with water, but the stalls were very clean. Given how busy it was, this was a great bathroom. Arbys - this is located within Loves, and there is also a drive thru. They were understaffed with only three employees. They were curt, almost rude, no "hello" or "thanks". That's fine, the food was okay. We had to get back in line and ask for sauces. Those ladies were burned out. We also grabbed drinks and snacks. There were plenty of employees up front at the regular registers. Same situation, almost rude, and everyone looked pissed. This place is worth the stop for clean bathrooms, if you need gas. Easy on and off 75.

This Truck Stop has clean bathrooms and showers. Well stocked and friendly, helpful staff. Laundry machines are a bit finicky with credit card payments and card readers are not well marked for which machine but work well once you figure that out. Arby’s on site is a plus.

The employees are nice! But beware of the ALL fountain drinks and Shower water smell. I informed the employees it taste and smelt like mold was in the ice(fountain drink machine) and icee machine. They told me I want the only one who mentioned it, Pepsi is supposed to come out and look at it but they probably won't be shutting it down. Only buying plastic from here if I have to

After coffee earlier, it was time for a restroom break and this Love's did very well. Mostly tidy parking area with a little bit of litter, but the pump area was clean and there were squeegees with the long sticks. Those are almost a requirement for a Sprinter van to be able to reach the entire windshield. Inside, well stocked with snacks and drinks. Coffee station was tidy and clean. The restroom was also in good condition and clean. This location is shared with an Arby's if that's something that appeals to you. Otherwise, their hot dogs are 2 for $3.33 with unlimited toppings. I arrived with a blown tire around 7pm. I was told there was an hour and half wait. I'm the third person in line and there was only two tires to install in front of me and two technicians were on duty. I check the status around 12 am and they tell me the same thing. "We will call in about an hour" as they are pulling down the doors to leave. I am still third in line at this point. I am mad now that the Love's employees will lie to a customer without hesitation. I wake up at 4 am to be told I have to wait untill 7am when they open and now they are cutting into my appointment schedule severely. Seems to me when they know your on site and can not leave they keep you trapped here.
