I would have given this review 5 out of 5 if I would have not been dealing with Ami....When I first went to the Zales in niles we were dealing with Jessica she helped us get my husband wedding ring sent out for lose diamonds and everything. Unfortunately when it came back in his ring was messed up and had some issues with it. Jessica was working again when we came back to pick his ring up and was trying to help figure out what our next step was. Then Ami Jo the assistant manager got involved and told us she would send it back to the repair shop to have them look at it and see if they could fix it and she would call the repair shop first thing Monday morning and let them know what was going on and would call me and also let me know what was said. Ami never called me that Monday I had to call her in the afternoon and when I was speaking to her she didn't even remember who I was or what I was referring to. I had to call Ami three times that week just to try and get an answer on my husband ring and at one point she told me that I had to wait for them to go through the right steps because it would be her shop that was losing money on his ring. After dealing with Ami for a week I finally got in touch with Carrie the store manager. She helped me figure out where his ring was when it was due back into the shop and was willing to send me pictures of his ring to make sure it looked okay before we drove the hour over from where we live. Carrie has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I try and get his wedding band fixed and because of Carrie we were able to get his ring all figured out.

Carrie the manager was amazing! I was looking for a Mother’s Day gift and she took the time to show me everything she had to make Mother’s Day for my mom extra special. She didn’t rush the process as I am indecisive to finding the perfect gift. She made sure it was in my price range as well. Highly recommend talking to her when visiting the Niles Zales.

I’ll rate my experience a 3 out of 5… Only because of Noah.
On April 28th 2024 I took my ring that I’ve had for a total of 3 years (wedding band and all) I’ve had the main ring engagement ring for 4 years.We do have the warranty on my ring. I’ve lost diamonds multiple time. I was told by ZALES that is because I wear my WEDDING RING 24/7 and “they don’t make rings like they use to.”
I brought my ring in for the 6/7 time to be repaired. When looking up my information Noah noticed that my “diamond bonds” were expired. He asked me if I had ever brought the ring in before. I told him that I had brought it in many times to be repaired and I would take to the Boardman Zales (when they were operating) to be inspected. NEVER did I leave with paper work after a ring inspection. The only time I left with anything was when I was turning it in for a repair. While trying to explain to me what a diamond bond was and what he was going to do to help me and situation that had happen was reset my bonds and get my ring sent out to repaired. Amy the assist manager rudely inserted herself into the conversation and said that there was nothing they could do to assist me and I would be responsible for payment for the repairs on my ring because I was MY FAULT that my bonds were expired. I told Amy that today was the FIRST time in my 6 years with ring that I had heard the words “diamond bond” Amy proceeded to tell me that nothing could be done because it is my responsibility to have my ring checked and make sure my bonds are up to date. Amy explained this to me in an unprofessional manner as if she was speaking to someone who wouldn’t comprehend what she was saying. Amy then tried to tell me my warranty would eventually come to an end and my ring would no longer be fixable. I think this was a scare tactic. (Yes I know my ring will become old and need replaced that’s what the warranty is for). Amy was very unprofessional and rude. She had the WORST customer service I have experienced she spoke to me in a very loud tone and other people in mall could hear her speaking to be in such a manner. She rolled her eyes multiple times when I was explaining that the Boardman location had never given me any papers for my “diamond bonds”. Noah then told her he had it under control had reset the bonds and it was no error of mine and my ring would be sent out and repaired with no cost to me. Noah handled the situation very professionally. He apologized immensely for the way the ASSISTANT MANAGER had spoken to me and my husband and how she handled the situation. If you ask me Amy should not be in a manager position with the AWFUL customer service she delivered.

They helped with every last detail regarding the ring: creation (we used my grandma’s stone), setting, cleanings, and made our day the perfect day! Carrie is a saint and knows her stuff. I’ll recommend them.

Zales at the Eastwood Mall gives us an excellent customer experience and provides excellent customer service. They honor their jewelry protection plans and diamond commitments. They inspect and clean my wife's jewelry flawlessly. We are very pleased with them.

Had such a great experience, was able to design my mothers ring at there special event and was able to take it home same day. I am so excited to have it and also a matching pendant. They were all amazing to work with and so helpful!! I continue to be a customer for life.

Wasn't happy with the service that I got with my online special order placed in store. Was shipped to the wrong store and I was told that I had to call customer service and have them figure the situation out?! Was shipped to Pittsburgh instead of niles because of human error. Ok I understand that, but PLEASE don't act like it's my problem when I call the store.... everyone makes mistakes but own up to it and fix it. I probably won't purchase there again. Everyone who helped me after the fact was fine.
