Went in to purchase a new IPhone 14 pro and an Apple Watch…was put on a waiting list, 2 people in front of me… asked to use the bathroom and was told they had no public restrooms! Well, your store just lost my business and $2000.

Verizon is my phone phone provider and they are awesome they are so there are so well kept with up-to-date technology especially when you need customer service you they give you an option either robot or real life customers service

Absolutely awful service go in to ask a question on a way to better my service because the service is awful. Especially with 5g. Lady was just consistent on calling technical support. Thinking about switching back to t mobile.

Totally impressed! I took my aunt in here. She's 80 years old. Alicia treated her like she was a family member and definitely set her up with great phones and confidence that we had come to the right place! Alicia gave us customer service that I didn't think you could get in this day and age!

This store is so disorganized and understaffed. Knowing that the average customer spends at least 30 min in the store , you would think they would have more than 3 people working on a Friday afternoon. But no this seems to be the normal operation for this location no matter what day I stop.

I don't recommend the girl who works there I wish I had gotten her name. Blonde and rude. This is the store across from the Eastwood Mall. I asked her to help me because my phone KEEPS restarting and I have to dig out all my passwords and add all my apps again. This happened again the other day and this time it talked each letter that I was writing. I was trying to demonstrate and was writing a comment on Facebook and she raised her voice an said "I know nothing about Facebook" I explained that it happened during texts and she took my phone in the backroom. SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PHONES. She wasn't helpful at all because she brought it back and I asked what they did and she said.. IT Was hard. She couldn't tell me anything so now I don't know how to fix it if it happens again. That's because she didn't fix it. She went to someone else and I didn't appreciate her taking off with my phone. I honestly don't understand why you pay her. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Way to long of a wait 55 minutes of waiting and still no help now I'll be leaving so sad wasted hour of my life in here I should have gone to Best Buy. Ps took 5 minutes to answer my question literally WOW
