They don't want to work in this store, you pay 1200 or more for for a phone and they have 8 people standing around that know nothing about phones other than scamming customers out of money. Go to AT&T better prices and the service is better and yes I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Tay and the manager there helped me out so much. They were so kind and understanding to my situation and both worked hard to try to figure out why my phone was acting up. And in the end they solved my problem and saved me so much trouble and stress. I cannot thank them enough for being such kind humans as well as professional and knowledgeable at their job.

They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We don't go to any other Verizon location. This one is truly the best!

Went in to explore options of switching to Verizon. Met with Tae. Talk about a wonderful experience. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any cell phone provider/location. This guy is the bomb! Let me tell you, extremely patient, informative, and not pushy at all. He made sure we FULLY understood everything we were getting ourselves into. We cross shopped them with ATT - our previous provider. Their prices and customer service do not compare. If you’re looking to upgrade your phone or plan and you are going to stop at this location - you absolutely need to ask for Tae!

Honestly this review is from an incident in 2023, but I have been bothered for a long time. I decided to finally do a review. Went to the Niles store to question an advertisement I receive in the mail. I had made a purchase of the advertised service, but the price quoted in the ad was not the same as what they charged me. The older woman at the counter actually threw the advertisement at me after I showed it to her. Shockingly rude. I didn’t know how to react. This was their customer service representative! I never went back. Finally canceled my service with Verizon today and went with another company.

Former Verizon holder here, and for every reason imaginable. I had Verizon for 5+ years, and every year that went by the worse they treated me as a customer not to MENTION the horrible service. I never looked forward to going into the store in Niles. The up most rudest environment in customer service history. If you’re walking in there as an existing customer you are screwed. Expect long wait times, and rude workers. Definitely glad i switched. I encourage anyone to either use a different store, or phone service provider.

Intentionally or not, I was lied to today. In the purchasing of a new phone, the salesperson told me that all the apps would transfer. That didn't happen, one app, Outlook, did not transfer at all. A voice recording app did transfer but without the recordings. 8 years of pictures did not transfer either. If this problem cannot be resolved tomorrow, then Verizon can have the newer phone back. I do not feel that it right that I'd have to pay a restocking fee for something that didn't do what I was told it would do.

I don’t appreciate being LIED TO .It’s been 12 months Since I brought me and my my family lines over. And I still have NOT gotten my 200 rebate for the final line. Verizon doesn’t keep their promise and are liars! They gave me 2 gift cards and tho I called and made sure I spoken to atleast 4 different people including Gale a supervisor for Verizon on a recorded line. now they avoid me! Trying to offer a discount on my bill No I want the gift card promotion you promised and I want it honored.

Hate the scan here for hours of opening. If I could get someone to answer my question on on the phone I wouldn't need to go there anyway.
