Truly the worst Post Office in probably all of America. I sent out invitations for my baby shower. They got sent out all over Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri and probably a few other places I can't think of. I sent them out over a month ago. I thought it was odd the people in Niles hadn't gotten them but everyone who lived there informed me the post office sucks there. Today I just got 9 of my invites back all Nile's addresses! The shower is this weekend. So congrats on being the only office that couldn't manage to do their job...

Worst post office!! I go to Girard to mail everything!! I don't get my mail and I get other people's mail. What is wrong here?? Laziness or carriers that are not doing their job? They do not know the job? Where is management to take care of these problems? And when u tell the supervisor he says the regular guy has been off sick for a long timeWell are others not capable? Stop with the excuses!!!

There’s a white lady working during the hours of 4pm on a Monday who’s very rude! Someone needs to teach her some manners and communicating skills! If you are not up for the job then do not come to work, simple! How does she even still have her job AT ALL?? All of these reviews are about her!

30 minutes to speak to a service representative at the United States Post Office. WTH...Why can't I just call my local office and speak to someone. I'll never understand why it's so friggen hard to speak to a human being. Today's customer service experience at it's finest sucks!!

I knew i was not the only one this lady was rude to. I see her name is robin but I’m definitely filing a complaint on her. I was trying to explain my issue about an address change, she cut me off mid sentence and asked for my old address. As she was walked away I made a comment about how rude the service was. She asked what I said and I told her she was rude and didn’t let me finish talking. Her responds was, “I don’t need to all that I just need your address.” We definitely went back and forth. She does not need to be working here.

Worst post office in the country. Just visit this place and you will realize why the USPS is in a deficit. Horrible customer service, the clerks should be fired along with the dim wit postmaster for letting them continue with their bad behavior. Walk in here and it’s like you time warped back to the 1980’s with all the stoners working here. Random drug tests should be administered here, but that won’t happen because of their union. Everyone should mail packages/envelopes at a different post office. Once the package/envelope count rate goes down they will eliminate workers, then hopefully this post office entirely. If that doesn’t work, hopefully this post office will be eliminated when the restructuring is complete. It will be a blessing to the residents of Niles and the world.

The fact I have to leave any stars is ridiculous. How Robin still has a job is beyond me….every single bad review is about her. She is rude / nasty/ and has horrible customer service.
