“I was in an accident on 12/27. I was asked who I wanted to come tow my car. I said I wasn’t sure, I said not Jeswalds. The officer replied how about carls I said yes. Corey (sorry if not spelled right) showed up and was great from the start! He talked with me and in a sense calmed me down while waiting for my ride to come. I highly recommend Carl’s Towing! “I was in an accident and my car was towed here. Josh was great! He went out of his way to help me in this difficult situation and was kind, courteous, and super helpful. He wasn't required to help me and took time out of HIS personal time to assist me getting access to my vehicle and what I needed to get out of it asap which help prevent extra losses that would have incurred otherwise. He remained with us as we cleaned out the vehicle, suggesting areas we forgot to look and helped take off the plates because I didn't bring tools. He advised me ahead of time of what was needed in order to obtain access to the vehicle, and he followed the rules of making sure I was the owner of the vehicle once I arrived. Which I am glad to see they don't allow just anyone access. I would highly recommend using this company for your needs. Thank you again Josh, we are extremely grateful for how you treated us and being so accommodating!”

“Amazing service. My tire essentially exploded on the turn pike at night and they showed up so quickly. My husband had also come and had started changing the tire. Then with his lights on his car being on to light the tire change, his car battery died. Just one thing after another! I immediately called Jo back and she said, “No problem, that she’d let the driver know but not to worry.”
Harry, one of the drivers, showed up minutes later and was so helpful. He jumped my husband’s car and let it run to make sure it was good. Then he quickly finished with my tire and put on the spare. There was a fee but it was honestly nominal like less than $50 for someone to come out and help you in the dark with car problems. Then he also waited to make sure both cars drove okay.
We were so grateful and everyone was just so helpful! Thank you so much!!”
