“Good little place to pass up time if you're in the area and just passing time. Something you might be needing may just come along and usually it's a misc random item that you might have use for”

“I love this store to get play clothes for my kids or things they’d only use for one season and by the next they’d outgrow, but the workers ? they definitely need some training on customer service. You can hardly hear them speak when at the register, they spend more time talking to each other than the customer when at the register. Don’t get me wrong they’re nice people, but could do a little better.”

“I went in there to purchase some household items. I ended up not getting some things because it required to be delivered. I would've did it, but the delivery fee was a little bit expensive for where it was coming to, so I just got what I could put in a car.”

“I recently bought a couch and a loveseat, and not only were they high quality, clean, and like new but the staff was more than pleasant and helpful! The pieces were heavier than we expected, and the staff jumped in to help us load them before we had even figured out how we were going to get them loaded. I’m not sure we would have without their help! I will definitely be shopping here again and will recommend this place to anyone who loves browsing consignment/thrift stores!”

“Today was my first time at this thrift store and I found great deals and the prices were reasonable and affordable, but these are the problems that I had:1. The aisles were really small and cramped, and I had to walk sideways in some of them.2. The bathroom is (and still is) at an inconvenient location.3. The place smelled like tobacco smoke.4. Also, I found out that they will take Cash App, but they only take Visa and Mastercard at the front of the front of the store with an $10 minimum. On the plus side, the staff were nice and friendly and the prices were reasonable and affordable. The media section is full of a VCRs, VHS tapes, video games, and vinyl records. There were also 8 track tapes and cassette tapes as well.Would I visit again? Yes, but the aisleways could be a lot wider and get rid of the tobacco smells.”

“This post is about the Boardman store. Alot of donations go straight to the trash.Employee theft, over pricing and one employee that is very disrespectful (Rick)”

“I am glad that I stopped at this gem. There is so much to look at, and the prices are reasonable. The young woman working in the store was very friendly and told me about a second location ... even bigger with MORE stuff. I will be back to this one and will also visit the second location for sure!”

“This goodwill had some great deals on canvas so I bought them all. Much cheaper than buying from the art supplies store. The employees were very friendly as well. I would go back.”

“Always find good things at this location, just hate how anything ‘good’ or name brand they get in, is all behind the counter on racks that you can’t go through it to see it all. Decent furniture selection most of the time.”
