Wonderful experience! We hit a deer last month and they were able to get us in quickly. The staff have been so friendly and easy to talk to, even with my million questions. Zero problems with them working with our insurance company. The work done on our truck is beautiful. Absolutely recommend this shop.

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience for my first time working with The Body Shop of Niles! They went above and beyond with my repair and my car looks PHENOMENAL!!!!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle! Will definitely be using them for future issues! (There’s a bit of a glare/reflection in the updated pictures due to them giving her a fresh wax ?)

The body shop of Niles is really awesome not only did they walk me through my claim process. They ordered the part ahead of time and I dropped it off at night and I thought it wouldn’t be done until later in the day the next day and it was done with within a few hours of the morning so they were fast and efficient and really knowledgeable and very helpful and I would definitely recommend them and definitely go back.

Ho hum... just another 5 star review. I am EXTREMELY detail oriented and I thought my repairs were going to be challenging. The repair is indistinguishable from the rest of my pristine vehicle... as close to perfection as is possible. Staff are welcoming and efficient and it leaves me almost hoping to get crunched again so I can return. Almost! It just doesn't get any better than this.

After my car was hit when someone decided to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid a lane closure; our insurance company gave us a list of local body shops. I am so glad we chose The Body Shop of Niles. They took a lot of stress out of the situation. They were very kind and accommodating. And they got my car back to new in a flash. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!
