This is a great Target. I've enjoyed shopping here for years. My only complaint is that I wish it was a larger store that had a full grocery section like other ones a little further away from us. Otherwise, I've always enjoyed going to this Target.

This is the worst Target store that I have ever visited! Employees were unwelcoming and unhelpful! All sanitation stations were EMPTY of much needed HAND SANITIZER and cart wipes! They are, desperately, in need of more employees, it's obvious that this Target needs to hire more people..... it's SATURDAY and there's ONE register open, thank goodness for self check out (even this area had a long line of customers). Store was quite unorganized and in need of inventory replenishment! Shout out to Gustavo, ONLY Target employee that was eager to help me find sanitizer wipe for my cart..... Gustavo is a true asset to Target corporation!! #UnsatisfiedCustomer

This store does have a lot of selections. But the workers are rude. And they hide toys in the back. Telling you they are out and only giving them to who they want to. I was sent from another who called and confirmed that the truck they got that morning (seven thirty a.m. at this time) had eight of the item. I drive there after she tells us that and she gives me two when I needed three or four (a toy, not toilet paper or paper towels) tells me they sold out in a whole forty three minutes. Yet, they don't show up on cartwheel anymore for order pickup or shipment. And they had boxes everywhere still. The girl got nasty with me and said she looked, got another girl Melissa and said they were out and asked what I wanted her to do and I asked her if she would maybe just check the back and she stomped back there, came out in two minutes saying they had none, then a different girl came from the side while I was talking to the original girl and said are we aloud the give these out (the toy I was asking about) and she said yeah. I say I thought you didn't have a third one and she said I don't know where she got that from. I drove there from another store saying they have eight. She didn't care what they were for and I was a paying customer. She lied to my face and have the item to the other person who asked. After I waited and drove there. Then went over to talk about me to a Beth (manager) while I was in another isle getting other toys off a selection wish list. Beth then came over and was rude to me. Who hides toys. ? Then lies about it after being confirmed they have just gotten the shipment. To turn around right in front of me to give it to someone who came afterwards. Then talk about me at the end isle. Poor business. My boss would have fired me for even treating a customer like that

Do not EVER add gift cards to your Target app. I did, to my sorrow, and it seems that I am out $27.11. We made a Target run, and I threw in a few extras because Hey, gift card! I also had 2 others I was planning to redeem at the register, To make a long story short: --The cashier was "still learning" the app & couldn't apply the cards to my purchases. --I was charged $39.99 for an item she scanned twice. --Her supervisor also did not know how to redeem Wallet cards. --I paid for it all on my Red Card and left, unaware of the overcharge and distressed about spending so much. 2 days later, I was able to go back to the Customer Service desk. --2 employees, no redemption (altho they did credit me for the $39.99). They took no responsibility. I "should" have: --Logged into their unsecured Wi-Fi when I arrived at the store and checked my cards (in case they had disappeared since I checked them at home, I guess). --I "should" have told the cashier I wanted to pay with the cards in my Wallet. (I did. See above). They did a demo of the app in a very patronizing way, while a horn repeatedly blasted. To alert them to ...something? To teach me not to bother them ever again? If so, it worked. Now, I have over $200 on my Red Card, and their only recourse was to grudgingly suggest that I return all the items (and we all know how long it takes a credit to hit our bank accounts) and then re-purchase them (give them MORE of my money? Hell, no). But they felt that the best solution was for me to use them on a future trip. (Again, HELL no!)

Nothing but constant harassment when I walked in. Every time I would round an aisle I would get asked if I need help. If I wanted help I would ask for it! Who thought this is what customers want to experience when they shop?

Prices have climbed since the remodel. The self checkouts are ASININE! I HATE having to do your employees jobs. Will just shop Amazon and Walmart online. You did it to yourself.
