Staples is one of very few stores that not only greet you but will walk with you and chat with you and you wait like no time to be taken care of all of this people there are so friendly and eager to help it just really seems like a great place to work

Very clean and bright store the employees were very friendly directed me where I needed to be the salesman took the time to explain to me what I was looking for and what best fit my need in fact he even saved me money by having me by the proper item instead of the wrong items
He was extremely helpful I hope that you give him employee of the year.

Chris went above and BEYOND to help us with our wedding invitation fiasco! Our invites got lost in the mail and had to get new ones made, and quick. Chris created them as similar as possible to our originals AND had them printed within about an hour and a half. I can’t say enough good things about the encounter we had at this location and the gentleman who helped us!

Went in for self-serve print. About 1/2 way through, machine froze for several minutes. Brought it to the attention of a "worker". As he came over, it started printing again, but as he walked away after printing only 3 more copies, it quit again with a message "out of ink". I stopped him & told him. He turned to another employee who was already busy with someone else & told her the copier was out of toner, continued to walk away & then motioned to a lady who just came through the front door to come over, having her cut in front of me so he could help her. Getting no help, I just pushed the checkout button on the printer, but it didn't print my receipt. I turned and asked the guy if I could get a receipt & he replied, whenever he gets a chance while helping the lady he had cut in front of me. At this point I have already wasted more time than I had on an unmaintained machine & a lazy guy who didn't want to maintain it, so I told him I couldn't wait, was in a hurry and started leaving. He said, "lots of people are in a hurry". VERY RUDELY. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
