“Just went in to exchange shoes to a smaller size. I did not have any problems doing so, I did have the receipt. Customer service was okay, nothing to brag about. I did not have to wait in a long line. I got right in and right out. The store looked clean.”

“The one older gentlemen that works there is amazing. He was so helpful finding my son new shoes. We always have trouble finding my son shoes because of how wide his feet are, and this gentlemen looked at my sons shoes, asked questions to find out what his feet issues are and managed to find my son the perfectly fit shoe on the first try. The prices were around the same prices as all the other shoe stores, just a better selection and more helpful workers! I'm disappointed in myself that I can't remember his name, but he is a gem and we will be back for more shoes soon!”
“I had a very pleasant shopping experience at the Eastwood Mall store. I'm old enough to be these young men and women's grandmother, so I hesitated to go in thinking I'd be dismissively ignored. But, I like the brands Journey's carries so I entered. I couldn't be happier. I commend the staff. You all really know how to treat people and offer friendly, excellent service. I love my new shoes. “This place is legit. I went shopping for my sister and mom for Mother's Day and the staff - a couple of ladies in particular, I wish I had gotten their names - were extremely helpful! I had never heard of this place and almost walked by it, but I'm glad I did a double take when I saw all the shoes in there!
Definitely hit up this store when you're in the EWM. I'm not sure how the other shoe stores are surviving with this place in there!”

“I was at the Canfield fair this past Sunday. The Red Wing store had a booth there. I was glad I stopped. When I looked over the merchandise on display, there was a low cut safety toe shoe I liked. Fortunately Jewellee had a size 11 in both size E and size D width. I was happy to learn my feet still fit the D width, size 11. When it comes to insoles I am a loyal copper fit customer. After yesterday, those days may be numbered. The red wing high arch support was more superior. After I bought the shoes and the insoles I spent the rest of the fair breaking them in. My left leg has a bum knee and gets sore in the hip. I was comfortable in these shoes all day walking around.
I am on my feet a lot at work with the sewers and stand on asphalt often. But I am happy with how these shoes feel right now.
If you you have a chance, the fair is in it's last day today.”
