I called and set an appointment for a French manicure and they said they could do it. I came in the day of my appointment and they said they didn’t have a person to do it there. I came back the next day like we rescheduled and the lady said they couldn’t do a French manicure. I was appalled and they said they could do a clean up and polish. The lady sat down and got started. She burped terribly and didn’t have the respect to say excuse me. My nails turned out so sticky and there was still old polish under the gel. NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK

They had hardly any product available. Lots of items out of stock. The clerk was not friendly at all. I picked out an eye shadow pallet and it rung up for more than what the display said it was. When I questioned the price she was obviously annoyed and rude about it. I left without purchasing a thing and will not be back. I feel that customer service is of the utmost importance and would have bought that pallet if she had talked nicer to me and responded differently. So sad.

This was my first time in Sephora and Loren was great. She helped me understand which types of products I needed, found a perfectly matching under eye concealer on the first try, and she has a very friendly and down-to-earth demeanor which is unique in a setting like this. Thank you Loren!
