Worst salon ever . A bunch of unprofessionals trying to practice on your hair and destroy them . I went for my hairdo , specifically asked for a messy bun and stylist said it’s so easy she can easily do it . All she did was keep redoing it again and again and had no idea how to do it . Used so much hairspray on my hair , in the end all I had was a bunch of stiff bush on my head . And upon questioning she said this can’t be done on your hair and kept making stupid excuses. Wasted my time and the stress she gave me . It was a horrible experience. Strongly recommend against going there if you care about your hair at all .

Just reopened and brought my mom in. The girl was very friendly towards my mom and wanted to please. Manager on phone was pleasant as well. Give them a try. I understand they just hired a new girl too

Nicole did a great job on my mani/pedi. She was awesome to work with from start to finish, but charged less than other salons. The salon space itself is dated and could use a remodel, but Nicole's service deserves 5 stars!Services: Pedicures

I wasn't at the salon. I was just at Macy's. It's a very nice store. They had some excellent cook ware. As well as, very nice clothing.

When Charles started here I was one of his first customers! I know this cause I followed him here. Nothing falls into place when my hair is wonky! LOVE LOVE LOVE CHARLES! He makes my hair simply beautiful!

The store is way too hot and because of this I hardly ever go in but we were cutting through to get inside the mall and happened to see their sale racks so we stopped and got some great deals on my daughters clothes. I mean she got 2 pair of Levis for less than $20 each and she got a semi formal dress for $11. ELEVEN. You cannot beat that. BUT on the flip side I stood at a register for 7 minutes with nobody coming to help me. I switched counters waited another 5 minutes only to have a woman come over with another family and take them first???? Helllooooo I was standing and waiting. I should not have to track down people all over the store. So between that and the fact there was no air we left and went elsewhere for the rest of our shopping.

I can’t say enough about Monica. Very seldom do you find a hairdresser that hits it out of the park the very first time you go.... but she did it! Returned again in April and another beautiful job!

On two occasions I've visited this salon to try and pick some product that I need and was closed well before the hours that are stated. Change your hours if you're not going to be open at the time stated. You've lost my business for good.

I had a terrible experience. When I asked my hairdresser if the cut would make me look heavier, she replied- personally, if I were you, I would consider growing my hair longer. Also, I asked to get a youthful looking haircut, and was assured that I would get that. Mid-cut a hairdresser stated that she keeps trying to tell her mother to get the haircut that I was getting. Very contradictory. Lastly, I ended up getting a horribly choppy too-short haircut. It doesn't look anything like the blended picture that I brought in. This was an expensive $30 haircut and I don't even know how to get it fixed, it is so short.

First time going there today! Got color and a cut from John! Hands down my new spot! I've been looking for so long for a salon that I liked since I moved here. He's got an eye for color and you can tell hes very passionate about it! My hair looks and feels amazing!

Most floor support here is lackluster. Have had many occasions of associates too busy discussing personal matters than seeing if I needed assistance (which I did). :(
