I was at the Canfield fair this past Sunday. The Red Wing store had a booth there. I was glad I stopped. When I looked over the merchandise on display, there was a low cut safety toe shoe I liked. Fortunately Jewellee had a size 11 in both size E and size D width. I was happy to learn my feet still fit the D width, size 11. When it comes to insoles I am a loyal copper fit customer. After yesterday, those days may be numbered. The red wing high arch support was more superior. After I bought the shoes and the insoles I spent the rest of the fair breaking them in. My left leg has a bum knee and gets sore in the hip. I was comfortable in these shoes all day walking around.
I am on my feet a lot at work with the sewers and stand on asphalt often. But I am happy with how these shoes feel right now.
If you you have a chance, the fair is in it's last day today.

I bought a pair of boots at the very end of 2023 and paid over $350 for them. They were supposed to be waterproof and made to last. I haul cars for a living and have to walk to get the vehicles. I wore the bought 5 days a week for about 3 months. I noticed the sole was nearly worn smooth and when working in the rain my socks would get damp. I finally had a chance to take them to the store this weekend and that's when I knee Red Wing was no longer the company they used to be. The employee was extremely creative in making excuses. She said there was no defect in the sole tha5 wore almost smooth in 3 months. Then she took the boots and apparently ran them under water and said they weren't leaking. Afterwards I felt the inside and it was most definitely damp. Imagine if they had been worn in a downpour for a couple hours. Anyways, she claimed there was nothing she could do. She actually suggested that i needed a new orthotic. Are you kidding me??? She also said that becasue the laces were drawn close together that they were the wrong size. The same person that fit the boot on me declared them to be the wrong size!!! I used to pay a little over $200 for Red Wings the would last 2 years driving log truck. These $350 boots only made it a few months. I will never buy another pair from them. I don't think any of them are made in the USA anymore and the quality is on the same level as Brahma boots from Walmart. I could not be more disgusted with these boots. They are a complete waste of my hard-earned money.

We ordered shoes from Niles for my husband while living in Florida. Bryana the store manager went out of her to make sure he received the boots he wanted even though they were a discontinued boot. Then they were accidentally sent to the wrong address because of a pure miscommunication. Bryana made sure that the boots were returned to them and then they made sure they were sent to the correct address. She then added extra laces for the boots and some mink oil. You just don’t see customer service like that these days. Bryana is an amazing manager and Redwing is lucky to have her! I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends! Outstanding customer service!!!!!

This was the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. Bryana and Jewellee are great at sales and have wonderful personalities. They helped me find my correct size. They took their time with me as I was very indecisive and not quite finding a good fit. Everyone that came in were greeted and helped with care. I appreciate their professionalism and caring touch.

The service from Jewel Lee and Bryana were unmatched, by far, compared to any other Red Wing store I’ve ever shopped in and I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Jewel was very informative about the products and persuaded me into the insoles to go along with my boots. The insole technology tools were impressive. I would definitely recommend shopping here again.
