“I own a real estate company in Poland Oh. My current equipment was in need of repairs and servicing and was on its last leg. I contactedTeam Office Technologies to service my main copier. They were so helpful and honest. They confirmed in great detail what I already suspected, that the machine given its age and the repairs needed was not worth investing more money into it. It wasnt a sales pitch, it was a detailed analysis that I was actually able to research and verify with part costs on line. I had just put $550 in new toner into that machine. They made an adjustment to "bandaide" my main malfunction which enabled me to run the copier long enough to use up the $550 in toner. This was their suggestion, so I didnt waste my $550 in new toner. They did not charge to do this. They said when it runs out call us and we will bring out the new machine. The new equipment was way more affordable than I had ever thought and they matched a unit to my specific needs. No pressure, no over selling.
