“I purchased my invisible fence in 2020 and I had no complaints about the installation. I experienced an issue shortly after and customer service was not helpful and on site assistance was booked out several months. Fortunately the issue resolved itself. Most recently I needed to have some transmitters adjusted and the Chesterland office hours on the website were incorrect and we ended up driving 2 hours for nothing. It was rather disappointing after learning that they only had one day of office hours per week available.I had contacted the Youngstown office who was outside of my service area and talked to their actual staff (not outsourced call center) who helped me that same day. I am happy to have my issues resolved quickly and know that if there are further problems in the future that we will be taken care of.”

“They were super affordable for getting my animals shots done! Brought my dog and cat for yearly routine shots cost me $173! Way cheaper than my dog alone at PetSmart ShotVet ($190). All their pricing is upfront and located on their website! They even gave my dog a 3yrs rabies! I normally am only given 1 year! Can't thank them enough they were great with my animals! Unfortunately their lobby is closed so you cannot go in you wait in the car while they do the services but they are very quick! I highly recommend them!!! I will be coming back for the final booster for my kitten and a rabies shot!”

They also adopt problem birds and won't re-home them unless they can restructure the bird, so no worries doing a drop off and stressing about the birds well being because they are just great and never give up on a bird. If they can't help resolve a birds issues, they keep it instead of rehoming and risking the birds safety or the adoptees. Just great all the way around!”
