The best practice in the area. Dr Simon is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Benny and Sadie have had excellent care. Their Paw Plan makes it very affordable for your pet to get the best care.

It was my first time at this clinic and also my first time owning a new puppy. They made the whole experience so welcoming and so easy. The nurses & front desk ladies are the sweetest & made me feel like they really cared about me and my furbaby. I'm very glad that I found them.

Very kind and helpful and good at their jobs! I absolutely loved bringing my little kitty to you guys!!! She was very happy after ALL of her appointments!! I very much recommend this Veterinary Clinic, they are absolutely amazing and listen to all concerns with your animal!

I have been taking my cat Sienna to Niles Vet Clinic since we adopted her in 2015. The whole staff & Dr.’s are so friendly & awesome with the animals that they treat. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to take your fur babies here.

Great experience. Great doctors and staff. They went above and beyond for my ferret when he needed to have dental surgery. Afterwards there was a scheduling issue due to me starting a new job in which they allowed me to send in some photos of the incision site. A few moments later, not hours, not days. A few minutes later I receive a call back with instruction from the doctor stating everything's looking good with a few pieces of advice on things to look out for and things to stay away from. All while being very friendly and helpful!

At first I talked to someone about the cost for an ultrasound. I was given detailed items and how much it cost. After I get there, the price doubled.
And the girl on the phone said it would be a certain price if they needed to put him to sleep, and this girl in the room said that it was protocol and I was not told that. The girl in the room was either the consultant I which I believe she was. Dark hair with a ponytail. My friend said it was a veterinarian. I don’t think it is.
OK, we had a little discrepancy As to why he had to put to sleep. They decide not to do the ultrasound for me because of the condition he was in. And they said just to come and pick him up .
When I got there, I asked what his condition was and I got no direct answer.
I asked them what tablet they gave him and it was a flea tablet. They said he came in with fleas. I came home and searched him. I haven’t had a flea on me or him and I have found no fleas.
I searched him again, no fleas.
I said thank you to the girl that brought My dog back to me when I went back And she just looked at me and walked away.
I think they are greedy and rude.
In the meantime, I called another vet. Mind you they don’t need to do a Mind you they don’t need to put him to sleep .They do the ultrasound by a Traveling vet clinic.
The Girl in the office was caring and kind and I got my appointment immediately.
I would never recommend Niles!

I don't have any serious complaints about the office or the veterinarians; perhaps, just a suggestion.
On two separate occasions, today, and last week, there is a lady at the counter who should be greeting people as they enter the office and take their spot at the counter. I dont know her name, and I don't want to single out anyone, anyways, but a greeting would go a long way, when dealing with a sick pet and patronizing the business.
