I've gone there several times with great results. But yesterday after the car was washed and dried the overhead equipment was dripping some solution all over my car as we were driving out and it was soaked from front to back. It left spots all over.

AutoSpa is the best bang for your buck. I just wish it completely cleaned the car. Even the soft touch doesn't get it all and I pre-pay the wheels and wash regularly.
I thought about getting the prepaid washes. It's really a deal and you can wash twice a week for $45 per month. HOWEVER, THE AGREEMENT SAYS THEY CAN USE YOUR IMAGE HOWEVER THEY WANT AND ITS FOREVER. PICTURES OF YOU, YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR VEHICLE, AND ANYTHING IN THEM. That's way too intrusive. Pull back on the picture scam and you'll get more wash subscriptions.

Paid the extra four dollars just to use the dryers and then the dryers didn’t even work.

I come to this car wash often and really like it. Tonight there was a malfunction with the dryer in my car got even more wet. I called right away they took care of things and gave me a code to go back through and dry it out. The customer service is great!
