I purchased a living room set and dinning room set on July 14,2023. I tried to pay with my 717 account I swiped my card and it did not go through it was declined so I know money was in my account because I had used the card the same day somewhere else. So we first thought maybe I reached my limit for the day. So we tried to only do half but it was declined. So I went to 717 credit union and got a cashier's check for the full amount. I took the check to Morgan's furniture about ***** dollars and it was paid in full. The I look at my bank statement and it shows the full amount was submitted and sent to Morgan Furniture. Then it shows it was put back Then withdrawn again.Morgan Furniture states No money came out of my account. So I filed a complaint with 717 credit union. And it shows the full amount was taken out then put back then withdrawn out again. And they are refusing to give me my money.

Hubby and I were looking for end tables and while it's a lovely store with very nice furniture, it's quite expensive!They had floor models for sale but they were pricey also!

I'll never buy furniture there again. Had a lift chair. Electric unit needed repair. They Called today to schedule appointment after a week waiting. $2000 chair. Service what you sell.

I was in the store on June3, 2023 shopping for a friend. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike, a store employee. I was looking for a lift chair. With his help , I found exactly what my friend needed. She was able to get in a side entrance . He helped her with her special needs. She sat in the chair and bought it . Thank you Mike for your kindness

If you are looking for old school customer service and salesmanship, go here and ask for Phil. It was nice to be greeted as you walk in the store. As well as being treated as a value customer and getting questions answered about the furniture.

Buying local has it's benefits. We were looking for a sectional and this store has it all. The buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. No hassle sales staff. We were able to look at everything and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the products. Excellent communication when it came time for delivery. The deliver team did an outstanding job and was very professional. They took great care to not hit walls or make a mess even with the terrible weather. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future. Excellent selection and top quality customer service.

They have the best selection in the surrounding area. They have an awesome staff they had answers to all my questions and the front desk ladies communicated everything clearly so we knew what to expect for delivery!Definately will be back!!!!!

I went into Morgan Furniture on Jan 9th picked out a recliner and sectional. The sales man was very nice and helpful. Didn't see at the time it was just to get the sale. Was told my sectional could take 4 to 6 wks but should be here in 3 wks. (Sales reps words!) so wk 3 I call and I'm told it will arrive March 1st so I ask "why so long?" Told..... "That's just what they have wrote down!" So I call back wk 4 I'm told "it's being put on the truck on Monday to be delivery to store" so wk 5 I call "not here yet!!" So I tell who ever I talk to I don't want the sectional anymore. Sales man calls the next day to inform me "his Boss said" if I do a refund on the sectional I will only get 1/2 of my deposit back"!!! So I expressed my frustration in the whole situation explain the whole situation to him (which there was an situation with the recliner also) and he informs me. "The only thing he is guilty of his being optimistic " & "you only have 5 days left" Very unhappy about this I ask to speak to "his Boss" never got a name. Expecting a call back from "his boss" that is not what I got the "sales rep" called me back stating my boss told me to reiterate "if you return the sectional you will get half of your deposit back". I asked the sales rep "your boss couldn't call me back himself????" This just confirms to me that customer service at Morgan furniture on Youngstown Warren Road in Niles Ohio is not important at all just making the sale and $$$$!!! . I completely feel like I was nothing but a $$. I will never rent from this place after I pay my furniture off because I'm not gonna lose out on money because the "sales rep" and "his boss" shouldn't be working in customer service!!! my recliner yes I purchased a recliner. I sat it in the store it was comfortable it still is when sitting. I didn't lounge back in the recliner. That's my fault. I got it home a week later I called because it's very uncomfortable when I lay back in it because it's too large for me, I have to put a pillow under me in a 1400 brand new piece of furniture to relax in it but I was told that there's no returns after 24 hours because it's considered dirty I just want to voice my experience with this place because it's been very bad for the last six weeks and I want to scourge anyone from going here would not recommend and many other places to go in Niles to get furniture!!!!
