5 stars isn’t enough for how great of service I received. My closing date was quick and Brad made sure he was able to get me moved on time. It was impressive how quick and easy they made moving look. I would recommend them to anyone! Hopefully I don’t have to move again but if I do MainStreet Moving is who I’m calling!

Brad and his crew did an amazing job with our move. They arrived promptly at the time we scheduled and treated everything with care. Professional and friendly. I do advise patience in contacting them. Slow to respond because they are so busy right now. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

I’ve moved many times in my life ... Brad & team we’re the most professional, efficient, and careful movers I’ve encountered! I just finished unpacking and nothing was broken or damaged in the process. Amazing!!! If I ever move again, Brad will be the first person I call to book!

Brad and Cory were very efficient at what they did. They helped my mom move 2.5 hours, broke down the bed and put it back together also. Wrapped the fragile stuff like mirrors, tv’s, and paid extra attention to such things. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Great Customer service!!! So polite, quick response, they did a great job!! I had them move furniture out of the house. Very reasonable cost!! Even had recommendations on who to call to dispose the old furniture. Will definitely call them again.

Well, I wish I could provide a review of service but seeing as they never "showed up" to my virtual walk through nor followed up with me when I called to reschedule, all I can comment on is their lack of service. We're moving cross-country in a few weeks and was looking to hire United Van Lines for packing, moving, and storage services. I filled out a request for quote on the corporate webpage, was contacted by a corporate rep a day later, and scheduled a "virtual walk-through" of my house due to the current Covid-19 crisis for a few days later. Never received the call and no walk through. Called the national number the following day to see what happened and they said they had no clue. They called and left a message with the local provider to have them follow up with me and reschedule. Guess what? Never heard from them. That's OK, I can take my business elsewhere. It's a shame United Van Lines has local affiliates that are ruining their reputation.

Dearman 1From the estimator's arrival at my home through the movers' sign-off, my interactions with all parties was pleasant, courteous, and patient. The estimator Scott represents the company well, providing clients with a brief history and mission statement. Scott was articulate, with a good sense of humor. It was evident that the company values all of its employees and therefore values its customers and their property. I felt I could trust them with my interstate move.A competitor who also came to my home to provide an estimate was not congenial, and did not engender trust.The survey and estimate were emailed to me. They were clear and precise, very straightforward.A period of uncertainty about my destination and seesawing demands always found Nichole accommodating and patient. When my situation finally gained traction, the changes were graciously addressed in a revised list and estimate.Nichole sent a secure link so I could set up payment via credit card prior to moving day.Throughout the process, I received pleasant reminders of where we were and next steps! Very practical and much appreciated!The movers, Colton and Chuck, arrived ahead of schedule on moving day, which worked out quite well. Family members were home to let them in. When I returned about 30 minutes later from running essential errands, the work was proceeding smoothly. The men worked well as a team and were always courteous in answering questions. They were diligent and paid attention to details. They were also nice to our cats.This was a small interstate move of one 250 cu ft container. I highly recommend Dearman/United for your next move, local or interstate! Let Dearman/United move you to greater heights!------Part Deux, after the 1,900-mile moveNothing was missing. There was damage to the exterior of a few boxes, but everything inside was fine. Despite the difficulties experienced during claims processing, overall my move with Dearman was favorable. Management truly cares about each customer, whether the move is small or big. I heartily recommend Dearman!Reminder: Moving-in day is hectic!!! Remember that the inventory labels applied by the movers must remain on furniture and other items until you have time to inspect them thoroughly for In-transit damage. If you need to submit a claim, keep the label on the items involved. Do not remove a label unless you are certain the item is undamaged.Management has assured me that they are revising their Claims Processing procedures to enhance the claims experience for customers by expediting payment.

Brad and his coworker did an excellent job for us! Very reasonable too. Highly recommend! Have used Two Men and a Truck and Maumee Movers in the past, but these guys did a far better job!

While I was building a house I would be living in a hotel and storing my belongings. Everything started fine in the beginning, plenty of communication. I was given a quote and I sent a follow-up email asking when the payment for the pods begin and end. Chris Campbell said in the email that payment would begin when pod was dropped off and stop when pod was emptied and returned. Each pod was $189.00 per month. While loading the pods and unloading the movers were acting like it was a race to get done and a few of my things were broken. I completed a claim form and was told I would receive a check for $275.00 for the damages. I also was over billed $405.00 for the storage. We moved in on the 7th but was billed for the entire month. When I called about the overcharge I was told that is how they do things. I then spoke to the manager Tim Campbell and he said that all other movers charge this way that it's for 30 days. I was never told this and I had an email stating the opposite. After a heated discussion I decided to contest the charge through my Visa. Tim called me up yelling at me that that was theft and he was going to call the police on me. How crazy is that! My Visa did rule in my favor so I got my $405.00 refunded but Dearman now refuse to pay the $275.00 for the damages to my furniture that they had agreed to. I am very disappointed at how unprofessional and rude Tim Campbell is and definitely would not recommend using them.
