Checked online it said they had what I needed in stock. Drove half hour. When i got there they sd it was clearanced out and the "internet is sometimes wrong" and told me I should "call next time". SO I need to check online for availability, then call to make sure its not wrong??? What a joke. its 2023. Get with it. This is why retail is dying. I ordered online from someone else.

Store clean, with great selection of materials, & sewing & craft supplies. Employees always helpful and friendly. Savings tip: always check the app for coupons! Even if you're not sure if they apply, they'll try scanning a bunch at the register so it will discount as much as possible!

I'm a professional seamstress and usually visit joanns for making or mending clothing (replaing zippers, buttons, patching holes, heming, maitencing my machine.Though I found myself in need of remaking a family passed down quilt. I discovered there's many types of batting and since I've never made a quilt myself, I was glad they had specific thread for quilts!The app or website has a decent variety of coupons daily. Though things can get quite pricey if you're wandering the store and get excited about all the make your sewing project easier, organize better, or just have fun crafts!

I needed a throw pillow stuffing to go inside of a pillow case that was a gift for my birthday. They had the exact size and I received 40% off for donating a $1 to a much needed charity. Win Win!

There’s usually not a problem when going in, but they have poor attitudes when curbside pickup is utilized. I checked in on the app for my order, clicking the option that I was on my way. When I got there, I called the store and the woman I spoke with had an attitude, stating “It says on our handheld you were here a long time ago at 9. I’ll have someone bring it to you.” There was no reason to be rude or snarky, And absolutely no benefit to what she’d said other than being caddy. Would not recommend online orders through this store at all.

I came to this location for a return. The return went pretty smooth. As I was waiting I noticed the cashier being very pleasant with the family ahead of me— so much so that the woman didn’t even have to pull up a coupon on her phone the cashier just applied it. She says, “Don’t worry about it, I got it!”. After the return I got back in line to make a new purchase and that same cashier didn’t have that great energy with me! I wonder why. She goes, “Do you have a coupon?”… I went to pull up the website on my phone but it felt like a slap in the face bc she could’ve done the same for me. Sad to say that racism will NEVER end ??♀️ and she wasn’t rude I just noticed the difference.

To begin with the store looks like it's closed, the window covers are just tacky. The staff will try to mislead you from their own ignorance if you want a good crafting experience I'd say go somewhere else.

They have a lot of Holiday decorations for crafts and such. Very nice artificial flowers for arrangements. Not like some that are cheaply made. The worker's were very nice and informative.
