I needed a cashier's check before my home closing, I came in 10min before closing and they got what we needed right away with no trouble at all, very helpful!

Stephanie and Philip were very helpful, friendly, and kind about helping me with getting an IRA closed. It took about half an hour and they never showed any exasperation with me. So I took them some mums for the staff. Tomorrow they will get Greek Delights Cafe pastries.

Bullies typical 330. Literally laughed at twice might as well been pointed at the male worker turned around looked at me just to laugh out loud & whatever that black teller was saying while mocking my appearance i assume. Cant survive in 330 supposed to be professional they make it worse. Have to go out my way to find a bank i can trust with my info & money hopefully all things will be AI soon wont have to put up with humans at all.

I needed to get something notarized, and the teller told me to wait. After 30 minutes the woman comes out and says that the wait is going to be an additional hour. They could’ve told me this before I waited and wasted my time. Poor poor poor customer service.

Deposited cash using the ATM and it ate my money, giving me a message they are going to keep the money for my safety. No receipt, no evidence of my deposit. The deposit is not showing on my account and I'm so upset as now I'm short the amount I just deposited. Customer service says they will do an investigation, but I just got done going through an investigation with them due to my card being used for fraudulent purchases and have had poor experiences with their communication. Between the malfunctioning machines and poor communication with the company, would recommend you take your money elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. Hopeful to switch banks soon.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Every time I visit this branch, there is a problem. The rep-payee account that I am in charge of never seems to be a smooth transaction. The tellers are never nice or helpful and when asked for simple things like a balance on my receipt, is too much it seems. If I even get a receipt that is. At the soonest point that I am able, I will be taking my money elsewhere and closing the accounts I have. DO NOT BANK HERE

Staff is nice and works hard but this place has got to be the slowest bank in the Western Hemisphere. I’ve been here twice and with both experiences, the line took FOREVER. I just do my banking elsewhere now.
