Brittany Snead completely ruined my daughters hair. She told my daughter she would refund her $85 and now won't respond to us. So my daughter lost 5+ inches of hair, what hair she has left is severely damaged and will take months and cost alot more to fix. Still no responds from Brittany! I dont recommend going to Heads up Salon!!

My niece went to this salon yesterday and received the absolute worst service in her life. A stylist by the name of Brittany Snead not only damaged my nieces hair(literally clumps of hair falling out), but refused to try and make it right. After getting home and hair still continued to fall out in clumps she messaged the girl and asked for a refund. My niece is 17yrs old and works hard for her money. She went to Brittany with intentions of leaving with a nice color. Instead she left with horrible coloring, 5+ inches taken off the back(plus shorter layers that are roughly 4inches long) and clumps of hair still falling out. I know people make mistakes and she's human, but you try to make things right not just dismiss the fact you ruined a childs hair. Will NEVER recommend this salon. All other stylist have refused to give us any information to reach the owner of this salon.
