Called up there asking for cod mw3 and the person I was talking to didn't even know what game I was talking about and I asked for avatar the last air bender and they told me that it wasn't a game like come on if you work at a game store at least know some games

Employees working when I went were no help at all. The guy and girl were too worried about hitting on each other than trying to help anyone out.

I was in here two days in a row and both days the employees were awesome . They knew what they were doing and gave great advice and suggestions. Zane was the guy that worked with us the most and he was so helpful and easy to talk to .

Went there to get my PSN store card fixed cause, Didn't work. They didn't care to help me. Go to the one in Austintown. It's way better

Employees are very helpful and understanding. Very patient with customer even when they are busy as heck. I wish I could have taken pictures that day I was there. They were so packed and yet so kind and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and polite.
