I always love coming in here! The employees are always super helpful and attentive and the merchandise is always adorable and of superb quality! I had Angelina help me today and she was so sweet and she took the time to specifically recommend items for my friend and I. Happy to say this is my favorite store in the Youngstown/Warren area :)

Tonight I decided to stop in and browse around with my son and I wish I knew the name of the young lady working tonight bc she was AWESOME! She was very helpful, caring, and attentive. Also with everything going on right now stores have been making me pay for bags and if I pay cash I didn’t get change due to “change shortage” NOT HERE. My items were not only bagged but wrapped neatly ! And I could pay any way with no inconvenience. I will definitely be back ! -Brooke Tabor

I love Francesca's merchandise. But I refuse to enter the niles store anymore because repeatedly for a few years now the associates are the most annoying people ever. They step over the line. they want to know what's in my bag, what I purchased. They follow me all around the store. sick of it. too pushy. The Grove City outlet location is great. they don't say a word and let me shop in peace

Went to this store for the first time today and the girl who helped me was absolutely amazing! She not only found me dresses jewelry and shoes with each dress but she helped my 6 year old play a game when he was in no mood for shopping. I wish I could remember her name!
