The Niles gym is dirty and no one is on duty on the weekends. I have been going for the last 2 weeks and the air isn't working, it been 80+ in there. Sunday there was no cleaning solution anywhere; all the bottles were empty. When it's 80+ and your sweating but there not cleaner to even clean the machines it unsanitary. Toilets don't flush half the time or they are out of toilet paper. This gym is going down hill fast!

It's a nice gym except the fees they add twice a year. And youre lucky if the women's bathroom never has toilet paper or handsoap They almost never have tp in more than one stall.The 2/4 toilets are broken/leaking constantly. Really makes you question if 40 a month is worth it for a gym that can't keep up with maintenance but will charge you extra for it

Don’t know what happen to the male cleaner he kept the men’s locker spotless & easy to get a hold of . Now it’s horrible, sticky floors , sauna DISGUSTING, Shower’s are Horrible. Tanning sucks !! They seem not to keep staff or cleanliness I recommend PLANET FITNESS

The place itself is decent , plenty of room and equipment. Doesn’t seem to have climate control , 78-80 degrees is ok if you’re at the beach, not for trying to train (my opinion). You can just hang out here and sweat is rolling off . The cleaning rags for equipment don’t seem to be laundered regularly, if at all , judging from the amount of dirt on them and the rancid smell. The bathroom needs better maintenance. The toilets always have some remnants - gross!! Need better functioning soap dispensers . Need air purifiers for all of the vaping that goes on in the locker room. Other gyms have staff that are scrubbing, vacuuming , and stocking. Don’t see that happening here ….
