Edit: it's been years and we will always come to Eyemart. They have always been so patient with my daughter, take their time and are truly a pleasure to go to!
We come in with a 2 year old so that is not always easy!! Kevin is always the one to help us, and he is so kind and patient and extremely thorough, going the extra mile for us!! Thank you!!!

They were great, they were so helpful making sure you got everything your insurance would cover, besides giving discounts. I had 2 pairs of glasses done in less then 1 hour. Love this place.

The associate Jenni C was outstanding and understanding to my husband's special needs choosing frames. She was very thorough with sizing and referenced previous scripts for add ons he might want. Both pairs were ready when promised!

I had happily come here for years and paid for the bare minimum service from the doctor and nursing staff alike. The doctor was always late and obviously splitting his attention between multiple patients. The nursing staff gas always greeted me with attitude as if my business was an inconvenience. Again I happily tolerated this because they were quick and easy. Until my last trip in which they simply told me over and over again that my insurance had never been accepted there with no discussion of how my years of previous visits had been paid. I highly recommend Eye Mart Express in Niles if you want to be talked down to, made to wait long after your appointment, and have your time wasted.
