poor customer service VERY POOR Overpriced and watch what you get renting from eagle cause here came the roaches. Think they are going to compensate Nooooo they are going to deny and blame. Horrible service make sure you know about appliances before you buy because they are ghetto rigging fridges together trying to make people pay over 2,000$ for them. This place is grimey.

This place is fantastic to do business with. I'm on a fixed income with a teenager who is into how he looks now. I'm renting to own a washer dryer set it has helped us tremendously. When you look good you feel good, having clean clothes will do that along with boosting confidence and self esteem. My plan is to gift it to him when he is grown and moving out. Great staff. Friendly and informative. We only needed a mattress not an entire set. We were able to get just that and weren't pressured in any way to get more. They delivered the same day too.

Service at this place sucks. Rented a fridge that stopped working and they left me for 24 hours with out a fridge lost about 200.00 in groceries. If i could give a zero i would. Go elsewhere to rent.

Me an my husband been going threw eagle rental since 2018 and we’ve had nothing but great business with them! Especially Paul an Richard if you have an issue or you need something they make sure you get the help you need!! Awesome place

I have been conducting business with them for 5 years. I Absolutely love the staff they are very friendly and polite. Richard and Paul are great honest people. They aren't pushy to sell you things you don't need, if you have a complaint they are quick to resolve it. My whole house has been furnished by them and have never had any issues. And when my washer that is paid off started acting up they were quick to help me with my warranty to get it replaced. I would recommend them above any other company. They are clean and bug free...and they know that's a big thing to me after dealing with another company that brought bugs into my home. There prices are very reasonable and affordable. By far the best place in the area.

Have been using this company for a few years now. The staff goes above and beyond. They treat you like an actual person while you are there, unlike some companies that just see dollar signs. Anything I have gotten from them I have never had a problem with, the prices are pretty reasonable for a rent to own place. Interest isn't horrible compared to some other places. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

The people that work there are very ignorant and if I could give no stars I would! Not only that buy bought a washer and dryer paid 1700 with warranty and they said it was new but turned out it wasn't already had to replace the washer and only had it like a week, then they gave us a hard time about replacing it. Will not go back here once everything is taken care of!

I was speaking with Nate and he was really cool and helped me out a lot by breaking down the rules and how much it's gonna cost as well as going over the waranty and.....I mean he covered all the bases and then some. I was looking for a 50 inch and he talked me down to a 40 to help me save some money lol. Great attitude, very funny and the whole experience was amazing. And they got a nice selection of items.
