The pharmacy staff sucks at this store DO NOT USE THEM. As they are discriminatory if you question the reason why you medications get constantly delayed. They do not order on purpose, because you question their motives. Seeking legal action to have the pharmacy mgr dismissed as well as new staff to be put into place. It's not about the money, it's the way you treat peopl.

Rachel, the nurse practitioner, is amazing! Every time I go there she is so nice and so reassuring to talk to. She explains what she is going to do and the follow up. This time I didn't have an appt but needed to see her because of a tick bite and she made time for me. I really enjoy seeing her when I go there.

I never had an issue with them I mean they seem like pretty hard workers to me always polite using the manners always willing to help always answer your questions always sit there and listen to you and everything else. Very hard workers recommend everybody shop here at the CVS I think it’s the best CVS Very clean Properly organized when you go in I can always find something the management is pretty good and give it 100/100 the store 100/100 for the store there is no complaints on my end, or my Fiancé end We both really like this store and the service that is provided. Thank you so much for the best service and the best hard workers in there. Hard managers keep up the good work that’s best for business 100% thank you so much for serving us.

They are excellent at their jobs. Very polite. Always seeing if anyone needs help. They will listen to you when you’re having a bad day. They are always clean and up to date me on everything. The employees are very nice and respectful and polite. I would give them 300/10. I would recommend to go to this cvs

Used old address from 7 years ago,said its not their deal they used 3rd party delivery people..didn't use my care password that I pay for,so had to pay 7.99 for delivery on a 2.00 rx. They always mess up orders and have very bad attitudes

Although the formula I was looking for was out of stock, a store associate helped me find a similar formula for my baby’s special dietary needs. I had been to 3 other stores looking for this particular formula and I’m aware of the formula shortage, but CVS was the only store that had an associate that offered to help me find a similar and comparable formula to the usual one I purchase. Thank you for your help.

The staff was nice. I do not like self checkouts which seems to be the big push with all the CVS pharmacies. I prefer someone checks me out. Please keep in person checkouts!! Overall I am happy with this CVS but I have not tried to get Rx filled here.

Im writing this, my first and only review because if you need a medication ASAP - DO NOT GO HERE. I was expecting our order to be filled the very same day the doctor called it in. The first red flag was that NO ONE would answer the phone in the pharmacy. Finally made contact with them to confirm the order had been received. We waited 24 hours at home and then 40 minutes at the store in a line of cars (because, again, no one answered the phone) to be told they never even filled my sons prescription because they didn't accept our insurance (wrong, i checked this their own website). We offered to pay in cash because it was very important we get this prescription. They couldn't even estimate what the total cost would be until the order was filled (lie) and said we would have to wait additional time. So we asked that they send our prescription to a totally different pharmacy. We finally get our prescription at a new pharmacy and find out CVS had not sent the entire order. Just shut this clown show down already.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am horribly disappointed in this pharmacy's actions. My 16 month old son was prescribed two medications and one was accidently prescribed for three times the dose he should have been given. The pharmacist did NOT take the correct steps to catch this mistake and sent out the medicine to me. The only reason my son was not overdosed is because I had a gut feeling the medication dosage was incorrect and reached out to the prescribing doctor. When I called this CVS pharmacy to discuss this with them, the pharmacist I spoke to was evasive and unapologetic. He kept saying, "our system is supposed to catch it, and the system pushed it through." If the system pushed a dose triple the amount he should have been given, then the system needs checked and the pharmacists need to be double checking the system. When I asked for the name of the pharmacist who filled my sons prescription, they would not give me the name and only said "it was the pharmacist who was here yesterday."On top of that, the day before when I spoke to their pharm tech regarding my concern for the frequency of the dosage for his other medication, her response to me was, "that does seem like a lot... you decide, you're the mother." She was not saying this disrespectfully, but I do expect a higher level of professionalism from the pharmacy staff when it concerns medication questions. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I want to ensure no one else's safety is endangered due to this neglect.

All this company cares about is money. Workers are told by higher ups that their jobs are on the line if they don't refuse to do their job which is check people out, and send them to self check out instead. If that is the new store policy, prices need to be dropped if you expect your customers to play cashier and check ourselves out. If I wanted a job cashiering I'd get one and not at CVS. One more thing I over heard is they are threatening to write up people if they don't get enough people to sign up for a CVS care pass, but the carepass is a fraud! They don't even let you use the care pass or cancel it! This company is greedy and does not care about its workers or customers.

The pharmacist Elaina thinks she can practice medicine. Flat out refused to fill the electronic prescription my doctor sent just because he was out of state. She didnt even bother to look at my long history of getting this medication from the same doctor through CVS, or call the doctors office to ensure it was legit. Apparently when you need controlled substances for medical treatment, this pharmacist thinks you arent allowed to travel.

If I could give negative stars I would. Had a Covid test scheduled today, 12-31-21. My appointment was for 4:20 in the drive-thru. Arrived at 4:10 and there was quite a long line. There were maybe 12 cars in line, so I expected there to be a wait. 40 minutes later, I was still 2nd from the window and see the Quest Diagnostics car pull up at 5:00 and collect what I assumed to be the samples for the day. I got to the window finally at 5:10 and stated that I had an appointment for a Covid test. The girl stated that testing was done at 5:00 pm. I said well, I had an appointment at 4:20 and have been waiting in line since 4:10. She said that wasn’t her fault. I’m so furious. She was not understanding at all. I know it probably wasn’t directly her fault, but what about those of us that are depending on appointments for a test? I never leave reviews like this but it really upset me. Covid tests are very hard to find, especially now and I felt so relieved to get an appointment. Do better for future customers, which I will not ever be now.
