If you don't want to be lied to, ripped off, disrespected or have a special day ruined because of a mistake they made, go to another florist!!! The person who took my order, made an error, as humans who are not perfect do every once in awhile. I get it. However, the problem is the person who told me that I should know their prices (even though I have NEVER ordered flowers from there before and never ordered a bouquet besides for my wedding almost 20 years ago) and I should have asked how many flowers were in the bouquet, was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNAPOLOGETIC when I called after I was handed a corsage, not a bouquet for my daughter going to her first homecoming. On top of not getting what I ordered and paid for, the corsage was chinsy & cheap looking with nothing added to make it look like it was for Homecoming. A complete waste of my money & now my time scrambling to find a substitute.

Ordered flowers for a good friend who recently lost her mother and they delivered same day AND the arrangement was so much more beautiful then the site. Very pleased with the service!

I recently lossed a dear friend and during this hard time the last thing on my mind was ordering flowers for the service. Ive never had to do that before and when I called Creative Design inc. I told them what I needed and wanted and they took very good care of everything. I gave them my budget and they even offered to delivered the flowers for me they were very professional and even tjo i was at a loss for words for the card they steped in to help. I really appricate how simple they made this for me.
