Everyone is friendly and does a great job. The fact that there are towels and cleaning fluids available and vacuums makes the overall experience second to none.

Worst thing to happen. No interior service. Paid $21 for exterior "wash" only to have the very back end of my car where the bumper and the trunk is to be blatantly dirty and untouched or cleaned and also to have my windows have spots on them as I'm going down the road. It technically was a waste of my time or more so waste of my money because I could have had the same outcome at a $12 wash right down the road from me. Not a good move to cut out the interior full service.

They do a real nice wash, the only gripe I have is that they don’t put enough tire shine on. Tires are only semi coated. Other than that they get the car clean and shiny.

I’ve always taken my car here for a wash and have my interior cleaned. I’ve never had an issue with them until is past Friday. I had my cat’s collar hanging on my rear view mirror like always. I got back in my car and noticed that it wasn’t hanging. I went to hang it and they had broken the clasp. I will not be returning for service. Yes my cat passed away in 2018 but it’s the sentimental value. I cannot replace it. So I will not be returning.

New ownership and VERY disappointed to learn that they have closed the interior portion of the original Niles location! This would be a 5 Starr review otherwise. Have used and LOVED them for years!! We Have multiple vehicles on a monthly membership, waiting to see if prices rise and now looking for a new company who completes interior cleaning.

Apparently they no longer do any interior cleaning at this location. Or at least that's what they told me. That was almost the entire purpose of my visit. The last thing we need in this area is less places to get a full service wash.

So I've been coming to this place for quite some time now and I moved to Niles from Youngstown. The Boardman location has the ability to turn off tire shine even if you have the premium package. The Niles location does not have that, and they no longer offer the full service detail so they cannot wipe the tire Shine off of the wheels. I was nothing but polite to a young man who came to my window and asked me how he could help, and I explained I did not want tire shine on the vehicle he said there wasn't anything they could do about it. Then at that point, a young woman walked up to my window and asked me in a very snide tone what is the problem. I proceeded to tell her that there was no problem whatsoever I just did not want the tire shine on my brand new vehicle. When I called the office the manager seemed to not give much care, and the only comfort I received was being told that the woman who disrespected me was getting off and about to go home. I'd also like to add that when I asked about if they could just give me a regular wash even though I pay for the premium every month they declined me and I asked if they could just wipe the wheels off if I tip them and I was told very arrogantly that I could pull around and wipe them off myself. SMH. Definitely lost a customer

Good Results each wash. Good associates. And I like the ability to wash floor mats through their machine free. Well Worth the Subscription.
