First time at this one. Smaller size than my usual store. Very clean and many workers. A restroom and handicap entrance with push buttons. Easy access to building and plenty of parking near entrance. I did a return and it all went nicely and they sent me emails to confirm refunds. Lots of stores to shop at this location. Close to mall stores in one block.

Poor experience over multiple trips. My house burnt down. Went in said I needed a new iPad, case, pen and a few other small things. Asked if the pen would work. Said it just needed charged. Nope pen didn’t fit that model. All apple stuff. When I contacted Apple they said the one wasn’t compatible. Also Best Buy wouldn’t take the pen in its original box n receipt back. Needed a new laptop. Went there. Bought a $1300 laptop. Took 2.5 hrs to get some help and they looked like they could barely stay awake. Bought new beat for my wife on a different trip. I walked in and it took. 45min just to get them in my hand to check out. I know the exact make model n they had 5 in stock.
Went in there to pick my iPad back up. Also my first trip they sold me the wrong screen protector. I training police dogs all over and I’m rough on stuff. So I always get apple care. I know I’m hard on stuff so I like having protection. Good thing I did because I cracked my screen. Did my appointment with Apple. Yeah they don’t fix the screens. You have a two week wait for them to send back. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know before hand.
Thought to myself. I should get a nicer case, pen that actually works n I’ll just look to see if they have screen protectors real fast. Found a case n screen protector. Wanted to ask if I could check n make sure the case work and get a pen. Stood in the computer and phone sections while everyone else there waited. For no help to come, not that the help is useful. Just need keys to unlock half the stuff.
Best Buy as a company might be better off turning into a giant vending machine. No I didn’t buy anything else, I just left. Thanks for 5-6 useless trips to waste my day. Never again.

Had what I needed but a sales person. Was greeted at the door. We told them exactly what we need want we wanted to buy. We needed someone. However after looking at it seeing what we wanted. No one should up. I did have one guy walk towards us I waved he turned. No help there. Then I had two other guys high fiving each other. Then we asked for help from the guy they greeted us. He said " I'll put you on the list" ummmm sir why didn't you put us on the list 30 minutes ago. When we told you. Whatever ya'll lost a large sale. However I know there are tons of people who approve this bad behavior. Since they don't have a lot of competition.

We came in today and got new phones. Ben assisted us and was an absolute gem! We ended up spending 2 hours with him because we ran into a few issues and Ben was so patient and helpful working through those glitches with us and Verizon trying to resolve them...we really appreciated all his help and for sticking it out with us to help us get new phones! Will continue to use best buy whenever we need to and hope we get Ben again!
