Professional and friendly! Had a tooth extracted and got me scheduled immediately, when my own dentist couldn't get me in for a month!! Highly recommend!!!

I arrived approximately 15 minutes late I would call it more like 10 but they said I was 15 minutes late at 8 o’clock in the morning so because I was 15 minutes late I was refused service and told that I would need to be treated as a new patient and I walk in and then I would have to wait until another appointment Was to cancel or be considered a no-show in order to be seen which could be more than an hour. Pretty bad customer service horrible in fact. Like I’m getting an oil change… and I was late for my car appointment. This place obviously has no mercy or compassion.

It took over an hour for me to get into the back, but once I got back everyone was very nice. The staff where GREAT!

Got a quote to replace 8 small plastic couplings that help attach my snap in dentures. Aspen Dental quoted $1,100. The process takes less than 10 minutes. What a Joke!Don’t waste your money at Aspen Dental!!Note: The Dental Company I used in Colorado charged me zero $ to replace couplings 2 times a year.

I had the best experience. I chose an evening appointment. That is so helpful when you work from 8 to 5. The X-ray films didn’t cut into my gums, the staff and doctor were patient and courteous, and there was even a television for me to watch, which helped keep my anxiety away. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience start to finish. Everyone was so nice! I'm usually very anxious about going to the dentist and have avoided it for years but a broken tooth made that impossible. Then once I met the dentist all nervousness was gone. He had such a calming manner and was so kind I'm not the least bit concerned about coming back to have the tooth removed.

I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was extremely nice and caring, and the doctor actually took all of my concerns seriously, which cannot be said for most dentists. I will absolutely be going back!
