I was hesitant to go as past furniture stores seem to follow you around, and pressure you to get things right then and there, but this place was the complete opposite! They let us take our time in picking, let us know that if we had any questions to let them know, they were very friendly, and affordable. Would definitely recommend this place, and will be back for future purchases.

Stopped here as we were in search for a sofa and love seat, the prices are great for a 2 piece, most places would have you pay $900 just for a sofa! Got both for $1000. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Very clean too (:

I had been on the lookout for a small ADA compliant dishwasher for my disabled parents for months. I saw they had one in stock, and I immediately called for information because it was an “like new” item. Tim answered all questions we had on the phone, and provided the welcoming experience we were hoping for when we went to pick the dishwasher up. He walked us through the benefits of a warranty we could purchase, which took all of our worries away about buying a like new item. What stood out the most about our experience was the personalities of the employees here. They were friendly, informative, and went above and beyond on the customer service. My mom, with Cerebral Palsy was treated like a human being, which sadly doesn’t happen often in public. Doors were held open for her, the employees had patience, and actually looked her in the eyes when talking. That is true respect! Zon helped us load the dishwasher into our van with extreme care, and we went on our way. After it was installed, everything worked perfectly, no parts were missing.We can’t thank you all enough for our experience, we will absolutely be back! And to anyone that is disabled, know you are safe here. <3

Joe and Tim were great at the Niles location! We bought a full living room set. All that was available in store was the recliner floor model. It is brand new, they had just put it out, but he still gave us a deal on it. They contacted the Boardman store and they will have the other 2 pieces ready for us to pick up tomorrow. They were very helpful and very easy to deal with.
