Handyman serviced my riding mower, after it was delivered back to me, there was an issue. However, Rachel and Jesse handled it in the utmost professional manner! 5 Stars for both of them.

CROOKED! Bought a chainsaw, a farm boss sthil. Saw broke down after 3 days of use after spending over 600$. Would not honor their warranty after saying we put straight gas in it. We bought there mix and mixed it excatly as we were told. Don't go here to buy chainsaws.

While the employees are friendly and they have a decent variety of items, the employees need better training. I have a Scag mower and they are an authorized dealer BUT there is only 1 guy that works there that even remotely knows how to look up and find parts.
I more often than not end up driving clear to a Scag dealer in Columbiana. The drive is worth the quality of service and knowledge I receive there.
I always try to support local businesses but this one needs some help.

Must have a ace rewards card if you want to shop here otherwise they won't sell too you and it takes 24 hrs to get. Service is less than steller. I won't be back. Many other and better places.

I'm not a fan of flat rate charged to refill propane tanks, prefer net pounds or net gallons. Half full or partial tanks charged the same price as empties.
