All we wanted was to be sent a paper stating when we could cap the price for the winter like we do every year. I called and they told me that they filled the cap for the year and I explained we never got notification when to sign up. They said well nothing we can do. Guess what yes their is you can come get your tanks cause I’m done with ney oil or whoever national oil. All I wanted was to prepay to lock in a price like I have or let us know when we could’ve signed up to lock in our prices for the winter months. Not even willing to try to help us out and I’m sorry small town or not that’s not how you treat people. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

This place is beyond toxic and never use them. They are flat out liars and crooks. They will steal if they can so make sure you have all your receipts. I have a family member that the chicks on the phone not only got nasty with my family, but tried lying and stealing. I am furious with what I heard they tried to do.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman in the office are beyond rude, and customer service is horrible. Worst experince with a hometown place ive ever had. Spent thousands of dollars with them, and cant even get a call back about propane.

Ney oil is a joke. They care more about the cash than they do the customer. You've got to learn to spend a dime if you want to earn a dollar. Broken card reading devices is not a form of convenience. Not a good way to run a business.

It's great as a convience but with lack of any other stores in the ney area it allows for a monopoly where milks is almost $10 dollars a gallon and a monster energy drink which is 2 for 3 everywhere else is $2.89. Great convience good workers but a crappy monopoly for services.
