“They would get 5 stars if they would answer their phone during regular working hours. It's very frustrating trying get a hold of them. You have to practically pop in on them to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Don't understand why they can't have an answering machine or service to take messages. ?”
“Would recommend! They are very caring and will take the time to find the cause if your pets are not well. They care about them and you and they get you in right at your appointment time. They will also accomodate to add yout to the cancel list, so that if someone cancels you can get an earlier appointment. It doesn't always work out but it's nice that they offer this. Very happy with the care they provide. They recommended Liberla for the arthritis one of my pups has and it has been a game changer for her.”
