I have been using Falls for about two and half years now for 200-250 gallons of home fuel oil delivery. Always helpful and friendly over the phone. Have never been home when delivery is actually made, but they leave no sign of being there besides a bill on the door and a full fuel tank. Will even try to get a same or next day delivery in a pinch! Would highly recommend!!

Falls Home Oil has been a family run business serving the community for many years. We provide heating oil and off road diesel to Portage, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. We have multiple plans that can help keep the cost of your oil bill low and affordable to meet your needs. We visit each of our service areas at least twice a week in order to provide timely reasonable service. This helps us keep up with our growing customer base as well as prevent you from having to wait long periods of time. In the case of an emergency we will work with you to find a solution. I called in to get approximately 50 gallons of fuel for my home that is being sold next week. We only needed enough to tie us over. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She took my order and told me they would call us back with a delivery time Today or Tomorrow. The "Manager" calls and leaves me a message stating they can not be bothered with such a small amount because they are just to busy and suggests that I go fill up some cans with Diesel fuel (apparently I am supposed to make 10 trips to the gas station). Rude! Disappointing service.
