I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could’ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn’t secured a ride back when the job was done. “Had a flat tire and went to go get my tire patched next day woke up and it was flat and went back and they apologized and explained they missed the hole that was not able to be fixed and ended up giving me a tire for free. I'd say my experience was great everybody was nice and they owned up to their mistake and fixed it and I left happy. Thanks newbury tire for great customer service!”
