I have some Woodard patio furniture that I purchased while residing in Florida. Last August, I need a "foot" or "glide" for the chaise lounge, and went to this authorized Woodard dealer to order the glide. They were "unable" to determine a part number. So I personally went on-line to Woodard, and obtained the part number, and gave the part number to PD&H at the beginning of September. They said they'd order it. Beginning in late October, I called weekly and left messages, asking the status. Never a call back. The week of December 3, I called each day and got their VM, except Thursday when I got the warehouseman, Cory. No call backs. On Saturday, "Ed" (the guy I spoke with in August) answered, said he didn't think they'd ordered the part yet, and didn't know if he would order it at all. Woodard doesn't sell direct, or I'd get it from them. If you buy new furniture from these guys, and you ever need a simple replacement part like a "foot" or a "glide", don't count on getting it from them. They give new meaning to "service with a snarl".

We ordered a chair and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks and paid for the chair in full. After 2 weeks had pasted we called to check the status of the order and was told it would now be 12 weeks before the chair would even arrive in the country. They said all the remaining chairs that were in stock were sold before our order was placed. When asked why we were not contacted when they found out about the new ship date they did not apologize or offer to credit our credit card for half the amount which is what they require for orders that ship months later. Even after the poor customer service we were willing to wait and not ask for the 50% credit if they would offer a discount on the chair. After several phone calls on our part the owner responded a week later and said he would not offer a discount. All we were looking for was a $50 discount on a $1,300 chair.So instead of keeping a sale and a happy customer we got a refund and we'll take our business elsewhere.

Surprisingly large selection of patio furniture. Staff is very nice and helpful and they seem to be very knowledgeable in coordinating items for their clients. They have a small selection of fireplace items but still nice. Parking is easily accessible.

Small place more for patio furniture they have a couple of fireplaces there that are kind of over priced. The wood burner business is secondary to the patio furniture.

I can't say enough about this place! We purchased an amazing set of vented gas logs. Beth was super knowledgeable about all the sets as well. She sold me on her being very appreciative of our business and wanted to be very competitive, which she was. To top it off, the person they use for the installation, Al Dodaro, was beyond professional and was really proud of his work. All in all, 5 stars isn't enough....should be more like 10! From start to finish! We will definitely return and speak very highly of this business! Beth and everyone that made this happen, thank you. I am glad I went to Patio Deck and Hearth Shop!

The quality, selection and service of this company is outstanding. We purchased patio furniture several years ago from this company and after moving to a new city last year found ourselves in need of additional pieces. After searching local retail stores, no one carried the still versatile basic black collection we were looking for. As one last effort to find matches, I called Patio, Deck and Hearth. A short time later, my tables and chairs were delivered ... long distance! The staff went above and beyond from the salesman to the assembler/deliverer to make sure we had exactly what we were looking for. Even from afar, I will continue to make purchases from this store based on their excellent track record.
