It is amazing to have great customer service back again; stores like Home Depot and Lowes do not come anywhere close to treating the customer with the level of respect and kindness that Ace Hardware of Aurora provides.Kudos to the owners for operating a fantastic store that people can enjoy shopping in and actually get the help that they need. “I needed a simple flapper for a toilet repair that I have to do every 3-5 years in my home. I went to Ace Hardware and bought the piece after consulting with an employee and showing pictures. When I went to install I quickly realized it was not the part for my toilet. I had to go back to Ace where I learned they did not carry the flapper I needed. Went to Home Depot and no luck there either but a friendly man from H.A.S. Construction also shopping told me I’d need to go to Cleveland Plumbing Supply as the part I needed and had purchased in the two previous stores for the last 15 years was no longer sold anywhere. When I arrived at Cleveland Plumbing John greeted me and was the first person that knew exactly the part I was searching for, got it and quickly rang me up and I was out the door! This is the place to go now! Thank you John!”

“The schedule of work went precisely as they said it would . From the estimate to the finishing plumbing hookups everyone showed up on time as scheduled . Granite countertops fit perfectly and along with the sink have changed the look of my kitchen completely for the better . Would definitely recommend them to a friend .”
“Our refrigerator after 23 years finally decided to quit what is was supposed to do.You know cold and frozen.My daughter and myself went refrigerator shopping.She wanted to head to the big box stores.... but I had heard from friends about Bloom Brothers. Now I had not be in the store since when I went with my father in the 1960s.What a wonderful experience. Still the very personal service, no high sale push. Just friendly and above excellent in customer service.Brandon , our salesman explained the pros and cons and found us just what we wanted.We were sad when he said that delivery would be about two weeks but whatever. We really liked the product.SURPRISE call from Brandon two days laterGot your refrigerator want it Friday? The next day!Of course I said yes and delivery time from10am to noon.The delivery guys showed up at 10am.Had to remove the door to my house to get it in the house. Off and back on without problem.Took my old refrigerator.They set up and connected the new refrigerator without a problem.Sorry I did not get their names but they were very good at their job.They did the entire set up and explained the refrigerator to me.WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Bloom Brothers to any and all.Thank you all.”

“I would like to give Terry a special shoutout. It’s was my birthday Memorial Day weekend and I was looking for a new charcoal grill to cook on for my family . Terry ,in gardening ,went above and beyond to help me find one that’s was in a box . Unfortunately it was no where to be found.

“During Covid-19 the store was booming. Customers were keeping their appropriate distance. Employees had on masks, and were very friendly and helpful. Staff were disinfecting the self checkouts. One staff member tapped the screen for me so I didn't have to touch it. But, please don't touch my credit card. I can use that myself.”
