UPS delivered my package, the another UPS came and picked it up and there is no one you can talk to to get the package back so you have to wait for a refund then reorder the item instead of them just bringing the package back, no communication whatsoever, a big pain in the rear for customer, also I have a door camera and the guy who took the package never knocked or rang the doorbell, very poor customer service

Worst delivery service.. give me a five hour window and show up while I'm in the bathroom twice... I've never had to sign for anything.. every other delivery service contacts you. Not these clowns. Just try to keep your package. the customer service is HORRIBLE

They take your packages but it is fairly unprofessional. I know it is the side job for them. The place is basically drop-off only and will grind through helping you but don't expect decent service or speed and you'll be satisfied.

Once again packages not delivered to door. Package was thrown on the ground down by the road for anyone to take. Have had packages stolen before because they leave them down at road. House is about 50 yards from road. When I called customer service I was told it's not their problem to call the police. The police are not the ones that were paid to deliver the package to my door. My packages are medicine to keep me alive. But UPS only cares about the money. And why do they always want you to private message them when they screw up??? So others can't see that their response is sorry to hear that but don't care!!!!!

If anyone goes to be hired for seasonal work be sure if you don't want to be unionized you do your research. Yes unions help to protect you but as a seasonal worker it doesn't hold as much benefit. They will use this to take money from your check in a situation where 90% of the time you will NEVER need to actually use the benefits of being unionized. They waited until my final paycheck after terminating me with no warning due to child care. This all seems very unprofessional in my opinion

Delivery person is very polite and conscientious. He made us aware of a damaged package and let us open it to check on contents, however product was fine.Our dogs like him too and he usually leaves them a treat.?

I watched the driver drive by my address THREE times before my package status was changed to undeliverable due to an address issue. The first time he went by I noticed because he was driving slow. Then he turned around, and drove by again. After that, I walked out to the end of my driveway, assuming it was my package and he couldn’t see the house number on the mailbox. I hoped he’d come back by. He did, and I waved my arms to get his attention. NOTHING. He drove right by again. It’s my husbands birthday and now he doesn’t get a gift. Thanks for nothing.

The staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful. I ship several items a week. Often making a daily trip into the store and I am always impressed with how friendly the staff is. I have had them help me with a packing slip issue and they always are helpful and friendly. Even if the kindness is fake and let's face it dealing with the public can be extremely taxing on a person they seem to not let it effect how they treat the next customer. If I could eliminate using USPS and go exclusively to UPS so I could use this store for everything I would in a heart beat. My only real complaint is something that is out of the control of the store. The parking lot is awful.

Worst business EVER!!! Driver didn't see my apt# on package. Waited all day for nothing. Seller contacted UPS to straighten out address. Received email from UPS saying it was "corrected". Tracking showed delivery on Monday. Checked tracking again this morning to see delivery exception again. Called UPS AGAIN, only to be told I have to go pick it up. They are only open for 3 hours in the evening M-F.....during MY working hours. Now I have to take off work to drive across town to pick it up. Worst business EVER!! I never have this problem with FedEx.

Watch out for this one! Packages shipped 12-15-2020. Only 1 arrived at the destination. Funny thing happened, all packages had the same tracking numbers. UPS drivers DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LABELING.Claim filed and approved. End of story, no check,no nothing. Draw your on conclusion.Neighbor had the same experience. Ship elsewhere.
