Has free weight and machines, as well as cardio options. The owner is a great guy. Definitely recommend trying

Super chill environment. Large dumbbell, machine, weight, and rack selection. Great communication between owner and members. I also prefer working out after hours and was provided with easy member access.5 stars recommend for anyone wanting a serious but relaxing workout environment.
